We offer one-on-one therapy for Indians globally — a safe space to slow down, explore your feelings and patterns, and find new ways of caring for yourself.​

We work with adults between the ages of 18 - 40 navigating - 

  • Life transitions and identity shifts

  • The evolving roles of new mothers

  • Relationship challenges

  • Self-esteem struggles and people-pleasing patterns

  • Hypervigilance or a fragile sense of self

Shruti is the founder of The Mynd Space and a therapist who believes in slowing down and creating space to truly feel what’s happening inside. She places the therapeutic relationship at the center of her work — one built on trust, honesty, and curiosity.

 

Therapeutic Approach

 

Gentle, collaborative, and trauma-informed, Shruti draws from reflective practices and parts work. Her focus is on creating a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore and connect more deeply with themselves.

She works primarily with adults (18–40) navigating:

  • Self-worth and self-esteem struggles

  • Emotional overwhelm and burnout

  • Identity shifts and life transitions

 

Beyond Therapy

Outside her role as a therapist, Shruti is a dancer who enjoys strength training, long walks with her dog, and sharing good food with loved ones.
