Shruti is the founder of The Mynd Space and a therapist who believes in slowing down and creating space to truly feel what’s happening inside. She places the therapeutic relationship at the center of her work — one built on trust, honesty, and curiosity.
Therapeutic Approach
Gentle, collaborative, and trauma-informed, Shruti draws from reflective practices and parts work. Her focus is on creating a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore and connect more deeply with themselves.
